Frequently Asked Questions

What is the best way to store inflatables?
Store them in a bag, box, or other storage container in a cool, dry place. Make sure the inflatable is fully dry before storing (wipe with a damp cloth, let it air-dry) — folding it wet is how mildew starts.
I have stored my inflatable for several months, and now the motor is not working. Why?
Occasionally, the air intake may become clogged with loose grass, leaves, or other particles. Gently shake, tap, or knock on the motor to see whether it will start working again. If it still won't run, email us — we keep replacement blowers in stock.
What should I keep in mind when using this inflatable decoration?
Be sure the zipper on the figure is fully closed so the inflatable can fully inflate. An unzipped or partially zipped figure will look soft, droopy, or only half-inflated — closing the zipper fixes it instantly.
Can I run my inflatable continuously?
Yes, your inflatable can operate continuously both day and night. We recommend turning it off when you leave home or go to sleep at night. Otherwise, you may leave it running as desired.
What if my inflatable breaks?
Rips in your inflatable can be hand-sewn (no special thread required) or repaired with clear packing tape. Every order ships with a small repair patch kit — that's the first thing to reach for. For larger tears, hand stitching plus packing tape over the top works for the rest of the season.
How do I clean my inflatable?
Wipe it clean with a damp cloth and allow it to dry before storing. If necessary, use a mild detergent. Do not machine wash, do not soak, and do not put it in the dryer — the seams and the blower housing aren't built for that.
When I unplug my inflatable, it deflates. Why?
Your inflatable will not stay inflated unless it is plugged in and the fan is running. This is normal — every cold-air inflatable in the world works this way. The blower continuously pushes air through the seams to keep the figure standing; unplug it, and the air escapes through those same seams.
