Refund policy

The short version

  • 30 days to return any unused product for a refund.
  • Free returns in the US if the item arrived damaged or wrong.
  • No restocking fees, ever.
  • Refunds hit your original payment method within 5-7 business days of us receiving the return.

What qualifies for a return

Any Dawdix product, within 30 days of delivery, that is unused or in original condition. "Unused" means it hasn't been inflated, staked, or otherwise deployed in your yard — try a small partial inflation indoors first if you want to inspect the build quality.

What doesn't qualify

  • Inflatables that have been deployed outdoors and show wear (grass stains, stake punctures, weather exposure)
  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery date
  • Custom or personalized items (we'll flag this clearly on the product page if it ever applies)

How to start a return

  1. Email support@dawdix.com with your order number and a sentence about why you're returning. No long forms.
  2. We'll reply within 24 hours with a prepaid return label (for US damaged/wrong items) or instructions.
  3. Pack the inflatable back in its original compression bag and box if you have them, or any sturdy box.
  4. Drop at any UPS, FedEx, or USPS location — depending on the label we send.
  5. Refund processes within 5-7 business days of us receiving the return.

Damaged or wrong items

If your item arrived damaged or we shipped the wrong product, that's on us — we cover return shipping and send a replacement at no cost. Email support@dawdix.com with a photo of the issue within 7 days of delivery so we can move fast.

Exchanges

We don't process direct exchanges — easier and faster for everyone if you return the original for a refund and place a new order for the replacement. Saves a week of back-and-forth shipping.

Refund timing

Once we receive your return, we inspect within 1-2 business days and trigger the refund to your original payment method. Banks then take 5-7 business days to post the credit. So total wait is typically 7-10 business days from when you drop off the package.
