Shipping policy
The short version
- Free shipping on US orders over $50.
- Processing: 1-2 business days from order to ship.
- Transit: typically 3-7 business days within the US after ship.
- Tracking: emailed automatically when your package leaves our warehouse.
US shipping
US orders over $50 ship free via standard ground (UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on size and destination). Most packages reach you within 3-7 business days after processing. Holiday season (mid-November through December) can add 1-2 days due to carrier volume — we recommend ordering by December 15 to be safe for Christmas Eve delivery.
International shipping
We ship to 30+ countries. Rates and transit times are calculated at checkout based on your address and the package size. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the shipping cost — these vary by country and are collected by your local customs office, not by us.
Tracking your order
You'll receive an email with a tracking link the moment your package ships. If 48 hours have passed since you got the shipping email and tracking still shows "label created," email support@dawdix.com with your order number — sometimes carriers scan packages late, and we can verify.
Damaged or missing packages
If your package arrives damaged, photograph the box before opening and email support@dawdix.com within 7 days of delivery with the photo attached. We'll send a replacement at no cost.
If tracking says "delivered" but you don't see the package, please check with neighbors and your front-door/garage area first (carriers occasionally tuck packages out of obvious sight). If it's still missing after 48 hours, email us at support@dawdix.com — we'll work with the carrier to file a claim and get you a replacement.
Order changes & cancellations
Orders ship within 1-2 business days, so changes need to reach us fast. Email support@dawdix.com as soon as you can — if the order hasn't been packed yet, we can update the address or cancel. Once it's in the carrier's hands, you'll need to wait for delivery and then start a return.
